Ammos (which means "sand" in Greek) is proud of its location as it is right on the sandy beach, far away from the noisy main road and yet only 5 km from the Venetian harbour and the city of Chania, 300 meters from the beautiful pine and eucalyptus grove and the sandy coves of Agii Apostoli, 2 km from the cute little village of Galatas and Daratsos and 7 km from the village of Platanias (the centre of night life). Crete is a land of astonishing diversity and ammos hotel is a perfect base for your daily excursions.
