Covid-19 policy

As our guests check-in at our hotel over the next few months, they will notice a number of alterations-additions designed in order to deal with the new health and safety challenges presented by the current pandemic environment.

The enhanced measures we are implementing, in compliance with the mandatory criteria and extra recommendations of Greece’s Hotel Safety Protocols, include the following:


Team members (staff) Training

Training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols to all employees.

Informative posters throughout the staff areas.


Personal Protective Equipment

Provision of personal protective equipment to all employees.

Hand sanitizing stations for our guests and staff around public areas.

Daily thermal controls are performed to all our employees.


Physical distance

Floor signage and informative posters for physical distance.

Proper arrangement of restaurant, bar, lounge, pool and beach chairs to ensure appropriate distancing.

In compliance with the new operational protocol, it is not allowed to non-guests visitors to enter hotel rooms and we also recommend our guests to avoid visiting other guests’ rooms.


Suspected case management

Our hotel cooperates with a doctor specially trained in the management of COVID-19 cases and we have prepared a comprehensive action plan for the management of a possible suspected case-with respect to the personality and privacy of our customers. Kindly note that guests (or their private insurance) bear all expenses including doctor assistance and testing.


Guest rooms

The hotel has chosen approved for use disinfectants effective against bacteria and viruses and appropriate for SARS- CoV-2.

Enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols are used to clean guest rooms with attention to high touched surfaces.

Steam cleaners for the disinfection of fabric surfaces such us sofas, chairs.

All decorative items are suspended.

We offer daily cleaning and linen change but guests are allowed to decide if they prefer less frequent cleaning. We are not allowed to clean a room if a guest is inside the room.

In accordance with mandatory health and safety regulation, guests are responsible to clean their in-room dishes during their stay (we provide them with liquid soap and sponge).



Public areas

Increased frequency of disinfection in all public areas and staff areas with attention to high touched surfaces.

Steam cleaners for the disinfection of fabric surfaces.

Dining tables, bar stools, chairs etc disinfected after each use.

Recommendation to all guests for the usage of their in room WC .

Touchless public garbage bins available in public areas.

Air Conditioning Cleaning, according to governmental protocols.


Front office desk

Check-out time: 11h00 / Check-in time : 15h00.

Electronic check in before arrival is suggested.

Guests personal data (address, telephone number, email) are needed during check-in, for public health protection and the possible need of tracing.

Appropriate floor signage for physical distancing.

All key cards disinfected prior use.

POS terminals disinfected after guest use.

Working surfaces & shared Equipment disinfected regularly.

A complete medical kit available at front office.

Guests are informed for the services that are officially suspended or altered.


Pool Operation

Maximum number of persons in the pool is 15 people.

Lounge chairs and tables are arranged with appropriate physical distance. Guests are kindly requested to avoid moving around lounge chairs.

Lounge chairs and tables are disinfected after each use.

Fresh pool towels are provided to guests every day. They can be asked by reception. Guests are recommended to place always a towel atop the sunbed and to depose used towels in the designated basket by the pool area.


Gym room

Gym facilities are available by appointment.

Appointments will be arranged every at least 30 minutes, for the effective ventilation and disinfection of the space.

Only people from the same room can use gym at the same time.

Utensils and gym organs are disinfected after each use.

Playroom/ tv room/ business center

Use is suspended till we hear different from Goverment.


Restaurant services

A hand disinfection stand is located at restaurant entrance.

Breakfast buffet will be suspended.

Breakfast will be served (8.00 -11.30)

Set up of table is completed upon guest’s arrival.

When possible, individual packaged serving items are used.

Tables are arranged with appropriate physical distancing


Food Safety:

At our hotel, food handlers and supervisors are trained on safe food preparation and service practice according to HACCP principles.


Suppliers of goods & services

All our Contractors and suppliers of goods and services follow similar safety protocols measures.

No access is allowed within the hotel.


The hotel has in place an action plan in case of COVID-19 suspected cases of guests or stuff member which complies with Greece’s Hotel protocols and legislation.
