No penalty fees apply if you cancel up to 3 weeks prior to arrival. A 50% charge of the total amount takes place 3 weeks before the scheduled arrival (non-refundable deposit). The remaining 50% of the total amount is to be charged upon departure. Last minute cancellation (last 7 days before arrival), no-show or reduction of stay-while here-result in full charge.
Kindly be aware that the policy is performed without exception and it equally applies to any reduction of confirmed dates (for example, telling us 12 days prior to your arrival that you will be arriving 2 days later would incur a 50% charge of the value of those cancelled nights).
*Please note that ammos retains the right, in certain instances, to amend the cancellation policy on a discretionary basis (for example: a party wants to book many rooms or wants to book rooms while flights are not yet secured- this could result in a stricter cancellation policy).

«The typical Cretan whitewashed walls bring out the vivid blues of the sea, sky and pool. There is no gray here, except in the designer pieces unearthed by the owner. This family-friendly boutique hotel located a few miles from Chania and its Venetian harbor offers a cheerful mix of peaceful rooms, a lively games room, and an excellent restaurant overlooking the private beach-one of Crete’s gems. Inside the hotel, everything is focused on this expanse of sand-which is exactly what ammos means in Greek.»

The 3 garden view suites are our big rooms and they can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people (ideal for families). They feature a bedroom with queen-sized bed and a separate living and dining area. The living space includes two sofas, which double as 2 comfy single beds. The sort of minimalist decor is offset by original art by atypical artist Konstantin Kakanias. The garden view suites come with a handy kitchenette and a furnished terrace/balcony.
The garden view suites come without tv sets. Please let us know if you wish to provide you with one.
Please read here our rates and terms for 2018 and 2019 (rates have remained the same but we have changed cancellation and payment policy) before requesting availability.
For 2019 bookings we can only take requests by email (not telephonically). For busy periods or for the very popular garden view suites, we normally receive, once we open bookings for next year, an influx of simultaneous inquiries. To be as fair as possible we deal with all of them on a time-stamp basis and we get back to you the soonest possible (if there is small delay, we ask in advance for your patience).
Please fill out the form below to inquire about room availability.
Once your booking is accepted, you will be asked to provide your credit card details, via a secure web page.
