As we are just now opening our reservations for 2027, we kindly ask for your patience in receiving our replies. We recommend sending us an email with as precise dates as possible, rather than calling.

Please note that a few guests who have been supporting us for many years — some of whom have been visiting us annually for 10 years or more — enjoy skip-the-line booking priority. In practical terms, this mostly concerns our garden view suites. We only have three of these popular rooms, which can comfortably accommodate a family of four, and they may therefore already be booked for certain periods in 2027, even before we officially announce our rates.

Please also note that the 2027 rate periods are not identical to those of 2026. We have introduced a new period from 1–25 May and changed the starting and ending dates of some of the other periods. For example, what was previously called the mid season now starts on 26 May rather than 21 May, while the previously called high season now ends on 31 August rather than 5 September.

Rates and occupancy information

The above prices are per room and apply equally to single or double occupancy. They include taxes, VAT, air-conditioning, safety box use, in-room high-speed internet access, pool and beach towels, and beach and pool loungers. All prices are per room per day and include taxes (also the recently imposed environmental tax).

Breakfast Our signature breakfast costs 22 euro per adult, 15 euro per child over 24 months old, and is free for babies and toddlers up to 24 months old when accompanied by at least one participating parent.

Studios For a third person in a studio, there is a 10% supplement for any child from 0 to 15 years old and a 15% supplement for anyone over 15 years old.

Garden view suite The rate remains the same for 1 to 4 people. For an extra person, who may only be a baby, there is a flat 10% supplement.

Cancellation and payment policy

No penalty fees apply if you cancel up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. A 50% charge of the total amount takes place 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% is charged upon departure.

Last-minute cancellation within the final 7 days before arrival, no-show, or reduction of stay while at the hotel results in a full charge.

The policy is applied without exception and also applies to any reduction of confirmed dates. For example, notifying us 12 days before arrival that you will arrive 2 days later would incur a 50% charge for the cancelled nights.

Ammos retains the right, in certain instances, to amend the cancellation policy at its discretion. For example, a party wishing to book several rooms, or guests wishing to reserve rooms before securing flights, may be subject to a stricter cancellation policy.
