Roomy and open, a space to share and appreciate. The garden view suites are ideal for families and can accommodate up to 4 people (37 m2). The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while two sofas in the living space can easily double as two singles. A separate living and dining area with a kitchenette and furnished terrace/balcony offer relaxation. The minimalist decor is offset by original art from atypical artist (and best friend) Konstantin Kakanias. As with all rooms, they are TV-less but if required, one can be provided at request.

Details prevail alongside spectacular unobstructed sea views. These comfortable rooms (22-24 m2) sleep up to 3 people and are primely located on the upper floor of the pool-front building. Each room comes with a furnished balcony, exclusive extras such as linen bathrobes, cotton slippers, a bespoke COCO-MAT bed and with striking design touches in the form of a credenza and coffee table. The beautifully detailed space has a kitchenette as well as a bathroom in Mutina mosaic tiles, designed by Konstantin Grcic. As with all rooms, they are TV-less but if required, one can be provided at request.

These cosy rooms (22-24 m2) can sleep up to 3 people and are meticulously designed with high ceilings, a furnished terrace or balcony and a sofa that can act as an extra bed. Fully equipped with a kitchenette and a brand new bathroom (finished in March 2024) featuring Knossian marbles, Mutina ceramics and the iconic I Balocchi rubinetti. As with all rooms, they are TV-less but if required, one can be provided at request.
